Samrat Mega Store is an online retail business specializing in yarn, crochet products, and related crafting supplies. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic fresher who is interested in e-commerce and website management to support our growing online business.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update products on the website.
- Add new products, images, descriptions, and prices.
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory records.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the packing team.
- Verify order details and track shipments.
- Assist customers through WhatsApp, email, and website inquiries.
- Check website content regularly for accuracy and updates.
- Upload banners, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members for inventory updates.
- Maintain product categories and website organization.
- Generate basic sales and inventory reports.
- Assist in social media content uploads when required.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and internet browsing.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in e-commerce and online retail operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Commerce, Arts, Science, Computer, or related fields).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce is a plus, but training will be provided.
