- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their performance and achieve quota attainment.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement actionable sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and territory management plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates) and prepare accurate revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Client Relations: Manage high-level relationships with key accounts and step in to resolve escalated customer satisfaction or contract issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on product positioning, pricing, and lead generation.
