Senior Academic Counsellor – Admissions & Student Recruitment

About the Role
Techshore is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to handle student admissions and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in counselling prospective students and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and fee collections.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, or Student Recruitment.
- Proven ability to achieve admission targets and convert leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, or overseas education consultancies preferred.
