Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with strong knowledge of SolidWorks for designing industrial machines, fabrication assemblies, and process equipment. The candidate should be able to prepare 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and coordinate with production teams for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks
* Prepare fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings
* Design sheet metal, welded structures, shafts, conveyors, tanks, screw press components, and process equipment
* Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and production documents
* Coordinate with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams
* Perform design modifications based on site and production requirements
* Ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective
* Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and industrial standards preferred
* Support installation and troubleshooting activities if required
Required Skills
* Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks
* Good understanding of sheet metal, welding, machining, and fabrication
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting standards
* Experience in industrial equipment or wastewater equipment preferred
* Understanding of mechanical calculations and material selection
* Ability to read and create technical drawings
* Knowledge of GD&T is an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
