We are looking for an experienced and passionate Forex Trading Mentor who can educate, inspire, and mentor our growing community of traders in both English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online and offline training sessions on Forex trading.
- Mentor students through structured learning programs and trading roadmaps.
- Teach key trading concepts including:
- Market Structure
- Price Action
- Supply & Demand
- Liquidity Concepts
- Risk Management
- Trading Psychology
- Trade Planning & Execution
- Host live market analysis sessions, Q&A sessions, and community discussions.
- Create educational content including webinars, presentations, trading guides, and short educational videos.
- Review students' trading journals and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving trading discipline and consistency.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated with market trends and incorporate current market insights into training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical Forex trading experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Technical Analysis
- Price Action Trading
- Market Structure
- Risk & Money Management
- Trading Psychology
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or conducting trading sessions is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting live classroom and online sessions.
- Passion for educating and helping traders achieve long-term success.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
- Knowledge of fundamental analysis and macroeconomic events.
- Ability to simplify complex trading concepts for beginners.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience creating educational content for YouTube or social media is an added advantage.
