Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher with a strong background in early childhood education and experience in the Cambridge curriculum. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, creative, and capable of creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Support children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development through age-appropriate activities.
- Assess and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
- Integrate technology into teaching practices; proficient in using MS Office and educational tools on a laptop.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and a sense of community.
- Participate in school events, training programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- B.Ed or Montessori Training (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood teaching, preferably in an international or Cambridge-affiliated school.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic tech-savviness for digital teaching tools.
