We are looking for an Office Admin cum Design Assistant for our photography studio in Thanjavur.
This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with basic computer knowledge who are willing to learn office management, file handling, Photoshop basics, album coordination, and customer follow-up work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office daily tasks and maintain proper records
- Handle customer details, booking details, and event information
- Organize photo and video files properly in the system
- Rename, copy, check, and maintain project folders
- Coordinate with photo editing, album designing, and video editing teams
- Assist in basic Photoshop and album designing work
- Follow up with customers for photo selection, album approval, and delivery updates
- Maintain Google Drive / system folder structure
- Support the team in printing, album checking, and delivery preparation
- Update work status regularly to the management
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or interest to learn Photoshop
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage files and folders properly
- Responsible and sincere in work updates
- Willingness to learn photo studio workflow
- Freshers can also apply
