Role Overview:
We're a company with three decades of existence and still growing, now moving at startup speed. We need a Client Partner who can keep up with that pace.
You will own our most strategic enterprise accounts across GCCs, BFSI institutions, and product companies with India engineering centres. This is not account management, this is full ownership of revenue, relationships, renewals, and growth. You are expected to know a client’s organisation as deeply as their internal teams do and build enough trust to be brought in before roles are even formally opened.
This role reports directly to the VP Sales or CRO with no middle layers.
What You'll Do:
- Own enterprise accounts end to end and expand them across departments, stakeholders, and mandates
- Build relationships across talent acquisition, engineering, and business leadership
- Activate new accounts transitioned from business development with speed and ownership
- Generate organic pipelines where clients approach you with hiring needs
- Lead account managers and recruiter pods aligned to your accounts
- Brief clearly, escalate intelligently, and protect the client relationship at all times
- Spend more than 60 percent of your time in direct client engagement including meetings, calls, and on site interactions
Who You Are:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise client facing roles across staffing, talent solutions, or B2B technology sales
- You have handled procurement slowdowns, changing hiring managers, and vendor resets and continued to deliver
- Strong commercial instinct with high self awareness
- Operate independently without needing constant direction
- Confident presenting AI powered hiring solutions to senior and sometimes skeptical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a high autonomy and high accountability environment
- You set your own pace and consistently deliver against targets
Education:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹145,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
