Location: Barabazar, Kolkata (Near Nandram Market, Brabourne Road) Position: Tele-calling Executive Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and articulate Tele-calling Executive to join our team at our Barabazar office. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication regarding feedback, payments, and follow-ups. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage client relationships professionally and maintain organized records.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Proactively call customers to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communication: Manage follow-ups effectively via WhatsApp to maintain consistent engagement.
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients regarding payment status and ensure timely collections.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and activity logs accurately in MS Excel.
- Support: Assist in general administrative tasks as required by the team.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Bengali and Hindi is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is essential for daily reporting and updates.
- Personal Criteria: Candidates must be married.
- Location: Candidates residing near or comfortable commuting to Barabazar (Brabourne Road area) are preferred.
- Commitment: Available for a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
