Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential land parcels suitable for real estate development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local contacts.
- Conduct market research and analyze property values, location potential, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal, survey, and registration teams for document verification.
- Conduct site visits and prepare land evaluation reports.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits.
- Valid Driving License preferred.
