We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with expertise in managing production processes, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring that the plant meets both output and cost targets. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Plant Operations: Oversee all aspects of plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Production Planning & Execution: Plan and execute production schedules to meet output and cost targets, while maintaining high levels of product quality.
Process Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and legal compliance within the plant.
Cost Control & Resource Utilization: Control operational costs and maximize resource utilization to ensure cost-effective operations.
Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage high-performance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cost, and quality, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Pharma, or a related field.
Experience: 10–20 years of hands-on experience in plant operations, with a proven track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Expertise in manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.
In-depth knowledge of environmental compliance regulations and safety standards.
Ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
