ISIEINDIA is a skill development organization that collaborates with academic institutions to establish specialized centers where students receive hands-on training in the fields of Electric Vehicles.
We are looking for an experienced Electric Vehicle Assembly Trainer to train students on Electric Bus & Truck assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train learners on heavy-duty EV systems: chassis, suspension, axles, steering, braking, battery pack, BMS & HV/LV wiring.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions with real assembly setups.
- Teach safety practices, tool handling & industry-standard procedures.
- Prepare students to become job-ready Heavy EV Technicians. Support course content development, curriculum delivery, and project guidance
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/EV).
- 2–5 years’ experience in heavy vehicle assembly / EV manufacturing / technical training.
- Strong hands-on skills and good communication
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
