About the Role
We are looking for a warm, well-groomed, and customer-centric Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Madurai showroom. In this role, you will be the face of SMJ Jewelry, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to walk-in clients, building long-term customer relationships, and driving both jewelry sales and monthly savings scheme enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through our gold, diamond, and silver collections.
- Consultative Sales: Explain product features, purity (BIS Hallmark), and pricing clearly to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Scheme Promotion: Educate visitors on our monthly Gold Savings Schemes and enroll new members to drive recurring revenue.
- Client Retention: Maintain regular contact with regular and HNI clients, updating them on new arrivals, festival offers, and wishing them on personal milestones.
- CRM Updates: Collect accurate customer feedback and update contact details in the showroom data log.
Required Profile & Skills
- Education: Any graduate / diploma holder.
- Language: Must speak fluent Tamil with an excellent, polite speaking tone. Conversational English is an advantage.
- Traits: Pleasant personality, neat presentation, strong active listening, and a patient, customer-first attitude.
Work Timings & Benefits:
- Job Type: Full-time, showroom-based role.
- Incentives: Extra earnings based on performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
