Job Description – Finance Manager / Accounts Head / CA
Location: Barmer
Salary: Starting ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and caliber)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Professional to join our team at Barmer. Candidates with strong expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, and financial management are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
CA (Chartered Accountant) with 3–4 years of experience can apply.
MBA in Finance with 8–10 years of working experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and budgets.
Handle taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
Monitor cash flow, banking, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial documentation.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Experience in GST, TDS, audits, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally/ERP.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Prior experience in handling finance operations preferred.
