A Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts oversees all financial operations, including statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and financial strategy. They ensure accurate reporting, manage cash flow, and lead the accounting team to support business growth and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts while conducting variance analyses.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure adherence to direct and indirect tax laws (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory obligations. Manage assessments, notices, and appeals from government authorities.
- Audits & Internal Controls: Oversee internal, statutory, and tax audits. Design and strengthen internal financial controls and company SOPs.
- Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage the company's daily fund flow, investments, and banking relationships. Optimize accounts payable and receivable to ensure liquidity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting team, collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-departmental heads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Advanced qualifications like a CA, CPA, or MBA are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting standards and advanced knowledge of ERP systems Oracle, Tally
Pay: ₹40,820.45 - ₹75,801.24 per month
