Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our business software solutions, including Tally, Bitrix24, ERPWave, and SAP Business One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online research.
* Identify and qualify potential customers.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
* Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline).
* Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
* Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience:-
* Experience in B2B sales, software sales, ERP sales, or SaaS sales.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
