We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on Upwork experience. You will focus on lead follow-ups, pipeline management, and client communication on Upwork for our website and mobile app development services. Bidding is not part of this role.

Minimum 1 year of active Upwork experience — non-negotiable

Hands-on with Upwork lead management, client communication, and follow-ups

Basic understanding of website development services (WordPress, custom web development)

Basic understanding of mobile app development services (iOS, Android, Flutter or similar)

Strong written English for client-facing communication

Comfortable managing daily follow-ups and submitting structured reports

Manage and follow up with active leads and prospects on Upwork

Maintain ongoing client conversations and ensure timely responses

Track lead status — active, passive, hold, and closed deals

Coordinate with internal team to understand project scope and pitch accordingly

Submit structured end-of-day reports on follow-ups sent, responses received, and deal status
