Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune City. The Junior Creative Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, apps, and print materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior designers and marketing teams, developing layouts and graphics aligned with brand guidelines, and assisting in logo and branding projects. The role involves preparing design files for production, adapting assets for multiple platforms, and ensuring visual consistency across channels. The Junior Creative Graphic Designer is expected to contribute fresh ideas, follow feedback constructively, and meet project timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging and brand-appropriate assets.
- Experience or coursework in Branding and Logo Design, including developing and maintaining consistent brand identities.
- Basic understanding of Web Design principles, especially for marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaign creatives.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and/or print mediums; agency or internship experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹14,381.21 - ₹45,000.00 per month
