Key Responsibilities:
- Laboratory Preparation:
- Prepare equipment, materials, and chemical solutions required for science practical's.
- Set up apparatus for demonstrations and student experiments as per lesson plans.
- Equipment Maintenance & Inventory:
- Maintain, clean, and store laboratory equipment properly.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
- Keep inventory of lab supplies and place orders as needed.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure the lab is maintained according to health and safety guidelines.
- Dispose of chemical and biological waste safely and in compliance with school policies.
- Maintain up-to-date MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and safety logs.
- Support During Classes:
- Assist teachers and students during lab experiments.
- Supervise students in safe handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of experiments, stock usage, and incident reports.
- Assist with practical exam arrangements and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry/Biology/Physics/Computer) or Lab Technology.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a school or educational laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of lab safety protocols and equipment handling.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and report maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
