- Guest Services: Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Check-in/Check-out: Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and verify guest identification.
- Communication: Handle telephone calls, emails, and internal messages efficiently.
- Reservation Management: Manage room bookings, updates, and cancellations.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints and special requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping for room status updates and maintenance.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain guest records, handle petty cash, and manage front desk supplies.
