About the Role
Shri Govindam Sewa Private Limited (Chai Govindam) is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or QSR industry will be preferred.
