Business Growth & Profitability
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Drive revenue generation and maximize margins across product categories.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
New Customer & Export Market Development
- Expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Acquire new customers and develop long-term partnerships with global buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance market share.
Strategic Expansion & Sourcing Operations
- Formulate and implement strategic plans for business expansion.
- Oversee sourcing operations and develop reliable vendor and supply chain networks.
- Ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and timely delivery of products.
Team Building & Leadership Development
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing and merchandising teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop succession plans and enhance team capabilities through coaching and training.
Product Innovation & Fabric Development
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to develop innovative products.
- Drive fabric research and development in line with customer requirements and market trends.
- Introduce new fabric qualities, finishes, and sustainable product solutions to strengthen the product portfolio.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and key stakeholders.
- Participate in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to promote the company and expand business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
