Job Description:
Humma Dairy and Agro Ventures Pvt Ltd is hiring a Logistic Supervisor for dairy plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling dispatch, transportation coordination, inventory movement, and smooth execution of daily logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics and dispatch operations in the dairy plant
- Coordinate vehicle movement, loading/unloading, and delivery schedules
- Maintain stock movement records and logistics documentation
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials/products
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams
- Monitor adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Handle manpower allocation during shifts
- Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG or dairy industry preferred
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, break shifts, and night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
