About Us
Hot & Red Café & Restaurant is one of Patna's fastest-growing cafés, offering great food, coffee, mocktails, and a premium hangout experience. We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-friendly Waiters/Stewards to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain menu items and recommend specials to guests.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per restaurant standards.
- Help create an excellent dining experience for every customer.
Requirements
- 10th/12th Pass or above.
- Freshers are welcome. Experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
