Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Watching system dashboards to detect and acknowledge equipment alarms.
- Energy Management: Adjusting schedules and set-points to optimize power usage.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults and dispatching technicians for physical repairs.
- Reporting: Logging daily system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, electrical panels (HT/LT), and electronic security.
- Software: Proficiency in BMS platforms, SCADA, and basic MS Office.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly identify anomalies across thousands of data points.
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
