JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team at Yenkay Nizar Hospital Pvt.Ltd Valanchery, Kerala. The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and providing treatment plans. The RMO will also be responsible for providing patient education, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Monitor and report changes in patient health
- Provide support to other medical staff
