Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set up, update, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and software across the office and shop floor.
- Maintain local routers, switches, and Wi-Fi to ensure stable internet and network connectivity.
- Keep printers running smoothly and manage toner supplies.
- Monitor security cameras, ensure continuous recording.
- Manage user logins, passwords, email setups, and file access permissions.
- Run daily data backups and ensure antivirus software is updated on all machines.
- Act as the main point of contact for all daily hardware, software, and tech troubleshooting.
Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or general technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient with software, PC setup/repair, and printers.
- Knowledge in Wi-Fi, routers and security camera setup.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
