Job Title: Senior R&D (Research & Development) Engineer / Scientist Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior R&D professional responsible for leading research, developing new products, improving existing technologies, and driving innovation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development activities for new products and technologies
- Design, develop, and improve existing products/processes
- Conduct feasibility studies, experiments, and technical analysis
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Guide junior engineers and R&D team members
- Evaluate new materials, tools, and technologies for product improvement
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
