About the Role
As a Real Estate Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide professional real estate advisory, coordinate site visits, and guide them throughout their property-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' investment and residential requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professional advisory.
- Conduct client meetings and project presentations.
- Coordinate and accompany clients on site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with developers and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage of the buying journey.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presented.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Passionate about building a long-term career in real estate.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, target-driven environment.
- Candidates residing in or around Gurugram will be preferred.
Experience
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, aviation, banking, luxury retail, relationship management, or real estate will be preferred.
- Prior real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
