We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to specialize in cruise sales, holiday packages, and travel to the United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in travel consulting or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on cruise options, US travel itineraries, and holiday packages.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, excursions, and travel insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated with current travel trends, visa regulations, and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism
- Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
