Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Bidding: Search daily on Upwork, Freelancer and Guru for relevant job posts.
- Proposal Writing: Write custom messages that highlight your team's specific skills to solve the client's problem.
- Client Communication: Handle chat and video calls to explain your services and negotiate pricing.
- Project Setup: Define the scope, milestones, and deadlines with the client.
- Pipeline Management: Track all leads and follow-ups so no potential buyer is lost.
- Target Achievement: Hit monthly goals for the number of closed deals and revenue generated.
Core Requirements:
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English to easily talk to international clients.
- Tech Knowledge: A good understanding of the services you are selling (e.g., mobile application, web development, SEO, web design or software).
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to persuade people and build trust online.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience using bidding credits (like Upwork Connects), managing profiles and winning top-rated client reviews.
