Job Details & Eligibility
- Position: Field Loan Officer / Microfinance Executive / Customer Relationship Executive
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Plus Two) / Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate
- Age Limit: Usually 21 to 30 or 33 years (You fall perfectly within this range)
- Mandatory Requirements: Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License (or active Learner's License) are strictly compulsory since this is a 100% field job.
L&T Finanace
- Field Work: Visiting rural or semi-urban open markets and residential areas to identify potential customers.
- Group Formation: Creating Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) or women's self-help groups for microfinance loans.
- Loan Processing: Collecting KYC documents, verifying details, and assisting with the loan disbursement process.
- Collection: Conducting weekly or monthly center meetings to handle timely loan repayments and EMI collections.
Expected Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: Usually ranges between ₹20000 to ₹45000 Take-Home (salary benefits &incentives) per month (varying slightly depending on your location).
- Allowances: Monthly petrol/fuel allowances are provided separately for your fieldwork.
