Electro-Mech Engineers is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to support site safety activities and ensure compliance with safety norms and procedures. The candidate will assist the safety officer and project team in promoting a safe work environment across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers for smooth workflow.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
- Report site issues and progress updates to management/site engineers.
- Maintain discipline and safety compliance at the work site.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Matric passed or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/civil work
- Good understanding of safety protocols, site hazards, and compliance requirements
Skills Required:
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and statutory norms
- Good communication skills for coordinating with site teams
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting
