About the Role We are seeking energetic and dynamic professionals to join our growing team as Branch Leadership roles. This position combines B2C inside sales with end-to-end branch administration to ensure operational excellence and business growth across clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive inside sales (B2C) and convert walk-in/consultation inquiries into treatments and services.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic administration, staffing, and customer experience.
- Manage customer relations, resolve queries, and maintain high standards of service quality.
- Ensure branch sales targets and operational targets are consistently met.
Candidate Eligibility & Preferences
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Industries: Salon, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Edutech, or B2C Inside Sales.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
