## Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Travel Experience Consultant to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will design and manage customized travel experiences for individuals, families, and groups, helping clients discover unique destinations and cultural adventures.
You will work closely with travelers to understand their interests and create tailored itineraries featuring curated accommodations, transportation, local experiences, festivals, guided tours, and activities. You will also coordinate bookings, manage reservations, handle travel modifications, and provide end-to-end support before, during, and after each journey.
The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, storytelling, and delivering memorable customer experiences through thoughtful planning and attention to detail.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design personalized domestic and international experience-based itineraries.
- Recommend curated cultural, heritage, adventure, wellness, and festival travel experiences.
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and local guides.
- Coordinate with hotels, destination partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless travel execution.
- Provide clients with accurate quotations, travel advice, and destination insights.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about emerging destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, and seasonal experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized recommendations and responsive support.
## Qualifications
- Experience in travel consulting, itinerary planning, or destination management.
- Strong knowledge of travel reservations, bookings, and supplier coordination.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Passion for experiential tourism, cultural travel, and curated journeys.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, reservation systems, and standard office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience with a travel agency, tour operator, destination management company, or hospitality organization is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is desirable.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
