Core Responsibilities • HRIS & Systems Management: Oversee HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), ensuring data governance, user permissions, and accuracy across the employee lifecycle. • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate with Finance and external vendors to process payroll accurately and administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement, etc.). • Process Optimization: Standardize HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive workflow automation to reduce cycle times, errors, and administrative burdens. • Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor adherence to local labor laws and internal corporate policies. Manage documentation for audits and statutory filings. • HR Metrics & Analytics: Develop and track key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire) and build data dashboards to support leadership decision-making. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors for background checks, payroll, benefits, and HR tech platforms. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule HR operations staff to guarantee Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and high-quality employee support. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Transaction turnaround time (TAT): Speed at which employee requests and lifecycle changes are resolved. • Payroll accuracy: On-time processing and zero-error rates in payroll cycles. • Data quality: Low error rates and positive outcomes in internal/external audits. • Employee satisfaction (CSAT): High ratings on internal HR Help Desk tickets. Typical Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a strong background in HRIS, compliance, or payroll. • Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms, advanced process design capabilities, strict attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
