Collaborate with different Intuit Product and functional teams, understand the needs and expectation on Data Exchange Platform and bring shared vision on the road map, architecture and the timeline

Build high performing teams to execute on platforms road map and ensure the subsequent adoption

Decisions on engineering in consensus with the architect to scale Data Exchange platform as per the expectations of customer and leaders

Project Management. Balance long and short. Balance between Customer adoption and accumulation of Technical Debt. Shared vision on timelines and priorities. Project and resource planning to execute on the Data Exchange Roadmap

Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Product Mgmt., Experience Design, Program Mgmt., and Business Analyst).
Responsibilities

15+ years of experience as an established Leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.

Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 10 years of hands on software development experience of large scale, resilient systems

6+ Experience in leading high available java based platforms/services

Drive architecture decisions, influences and contributes to ML platform architecture and strategy

Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.

Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen

Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders

Experience with Agile development and methodologies for SaaS, Web and mobile technologies

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience
