Product Sampler & Brand Representative (Premium Dessert Brand)

About the Role: We are a rapidly growing premium dessert brand expanding our operations into the Noida region. We are looking for an energetic, presentable, and reliable Product Sampler to represent our brand at top-tier Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) outlets.
You will not just be doing food sampling; you will be the face of our brand, providing a "live" premium experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Product Sampling: Visit assigned premium outlets/caterers. You will be provided with our "Ready-to-Cook" product, which you will prepare (fry in Ghee) fresh at the client’s location to ensure the perfect taste and texture.
- Presentation & Hygiene: Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and presentation while preparing and serving our desserts.
- Brand Representation: Explain product USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) to Chefs, Owners, and Purchasing Managers.
- Feedback & Coordination: Daily interaction with our Sales Manager. Use our CRM tools to update visit statuses and capture honest client feedback.
- Inventory Management: Collect daily stock/samples from our authorized warehouse/distributor point in Noida.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in F&B, Hospitality, or Field Sales.
- Cooking Skills: Basic culinary awareness is required. You must be comfortable with live preparation (specifically frying in ghee) in a clean, professional manner.
- Professionalism: Presentable appearance, good grooming, and clear communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Travel Commitment:
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license for daily travel across Noida.
- Crucial: You must be willing to travel to Lucknow occasionally (as per company requirement) for advanced training, meetings, and brand orientation. (Travel and accommodation costs for these trips will be covered by the company).
- Attire: You will be provided with branded T-shirts/uniforms, which must be worn during work hours.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview performance and skill set).
- Travel Allowance: Separate Travel Allowance (TA) provided in addition to the base salary.
