Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Repair or replace damaged hardware
Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
Test and evaluate new technology
Perform tests on new hardware and software
Define software, hardware and network requirements
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Qualifications for IT Support
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
1-2 years of experience in ERP support is mandatory
Experience troubleshooting systems
Hands on experience in networking, handling hardware issues and others issues related to ERP.
Skilled in database programming and software installation
Proficient with Operating Systems such as MAC, Windows, Linux, SQL..
Excellent language proficiency in English, Malayalam, Hindi..
Familiar with a range of software and hardware
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
