Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives with experience in the Bakery, HoReCa, Food Service, or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business across Bakery, Café, QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, and Catering (HoReCa) segments.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Bakery Ingredients, Food Ingredients, HoReCa, Food Service, or FMCG Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
