Reporting To: Service Manager / Works Manager
Location: Indore
Job Purpose:
To handle customer vehicles at the workshop, prepare job cards, coordinate with technicians and spare parts team, and ensure timely service and delivery of vehicles with customer satisfaction as per Eicher standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle complaints.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop and spare parts team for timely repair.
- Update customers on repair status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection at receiving and delivery.
- Explain work done and billing details to customers.
- Maintain job card records and follow Eicher service processes.
- Support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile / Mechanical or related field
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle workshop / dealership service
