About the Role
Golden Signature is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales executives, and management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales records, customer communications, quotations, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials.
- Support management with administrative and sales-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales administration or office administration is preferred.
- Freshers with strong administrative skills are welcome to apply.
