Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IMS/QMS implementation.
- Experience as a Management Representative (MR) will be preferred.
- Experience in customer audits, internal audits, and compliance management.
Job Purpose
To ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by conducting internal audits, supporting customer audits, driving compliance, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting operational excellence across the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS) across departments.
- Lead customer audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Conduct internal system audits as per audit schedules.
- Identify non-conformities and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare audit reports and maintain IMS documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve audit readiness and compliance.
- Monitor compliance with IMS/QMS standards and company procedures.
- Support Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Assist management in achieving quality and process improvement objectives.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of IMS and QMS standards.
- Experience in Internal System Audits and Customer Audits.
- Knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and compliance management.
- Experience in audit planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in IMS/QMS implementation as a Management Representative (MR).
- Lead Auditor Certification (QMS/IMS) is mandatory.
- Experience in conducting Customer Audits and Internal System Audits.
- Candidates must be currently based in Gujarat.
- Gujarati language proficiency is preferred.
