Location- Kalamboli Roadpali (Navi Mumbai)
Position: -Site Engineer
Experience 4+ yrs. exp in residential / commercial with builders / developers
Education Qualification: -Diploma /BE/ B Tech/ Diploma Civil/Graduate
Salary- Rs 35,000 to 40,000 Max depends on current salary & experience

Experience:
- Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
- Key person responsible for attending & solving technical problems and queries on site.
- Day to Day follow-up with different vendors and contractors for proper and timely functioning of the site.
- Providing weekly progress reports to superiors.
- Weekly updating milestone bar chart.
- Providing daily Stock report at the end of the day & keeping a tab on the material procurement needs.
- Ensuring the Safety precautions of the workers and site visitors are in check
- Coordinating with concerned person of various architects, consultants, etc. for drawings and corrections.
- Person should be capable of doing Finishing work. Should have the complete knowledge from Footing stage to Key Handover.
- Mostly candidate in NAVIMUMBAI preferred.
