Designation - Sales Manager
Location - Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru

Candidate must have good experience in Elevators and Lifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the lift and elevator industry, including technical and market aspects.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for market and customer analysis
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
