Job Overview
We are hiring professionals who can combine design sensibility with client interaction and product consultation. This role is ideal for individuals who want to work at the intersection of interior aesthetics, materials, and sales execution. You will work directly with customers, understand their space requirements, recommend suitable décor materials, and present practical design solutions.
This is a full-time position with structured onboarding and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs, preferences, and space requirements
- Recommend suitable material combinations for walls and décor applications
- Create and present concept ideas to customers
- Suggest product solutions that complement furniture and interiors
- Collaborate with sales executives to close projects
- Assist clients in visualizing final outcomes using samples, layouts, or software (if known)
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on materials and finishes
Training & Onboarding
Selected candidates will undergo a 15-day structured training period covering:
- Interior décor materials and finishes
- Product categories (HDHMR panels, WPC lumbers, charcoal panels, mirror boards, bamboo panels, rattan cane, mouldings, etc.)
- Material compatibility and combinations
- Client requirement analysis and communication
- Practical showroom observation
Daily Training Structure
- Half Day → Product & client interaction learning
- Half Day → Practical design application (software optional)
Required Skills & Traits
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Interest in color coordination, materials, and aesthetics
- Confidence interacting with clients
- Good observation and understanding of space design
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and practical applications
Software knowledge is NOT mandatory. Candidates with a natural sense of combinations and client handling ability are encouraged to apply.
