Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager – Hospitality Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager responsible for driving corporate revenue and developing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business for the hotel. The candidate will focus on generating new corporate accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and maximizing room nights, banquet, and event revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate clients and MICE business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, travel agents, event planners, and government organizations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for room revenue, banquet sales, and events.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel presentations, and site inspections.
- Prepare corporate proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals effectively.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Banquet, F&B, and Operations team for smooth execution of corporate events.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain updated database of corporate accounts and follow-up regularly.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales roadshows.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel corporate sales or MICE sales.
- Strong knowledge of corporate market segment and event sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Target-driven with strong closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.

- Corporate room nights generated.
- Banquet and MICE revenue.
- New corporate accounts acquired.
- Client retention rate.
- Revenue growth percentage.
Salary & Benefits:
- As per industry standards.
