Job Summary
The Radiographer is responsible for taking high-quality X-ray images and assisting doctors in diagnosing patients. The role involves ensuring patient safety, operating imaging equipment, and following hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed by doctors.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Operate X-ray equipment safely and correctly.
- Ensure clear and accurate images are produced.
- Follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines.
- Maintain patient records and imaging reports.
- Check and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of the imaging room and equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional patient care.
- Work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging.
- Valid license/registration to practice as a Radiographer.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
