Position - Corporate Marketing - Regional Manager
Location - Bangalore
Education - MBA Marketing (Preferred)
Experience - 8-12 years
About Role:
· The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing end-to-end marketing activities that strengthen corporate brand equity and drive demand.
· This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, taking high-level brand objectives and turning them into measurable digital, content, and offline initiatives.
· This profile focuses on high-value client acquisition, consultative selling, and long-term corporate relationship management
New Business Acquisition & Pipeline Management:
· Lead Generation & Prospecting, potential corporate clients & key decision-makers, within the assigned territory or industry vertical to sell Motor Insurance
· Consultative Pitching, Sales presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to address the specific pain points and operational needs of corporate prospects.
· Deal Closure: Navigate Motor insurance needs with corporates & institutions and handle commercial negotiations, finalize pricing terms, and oversee contract signing.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
· Key Account Retention: Serve as the primary touchpoint for corporate viz., NBFC, Credit Industry, Asset & Risk Management, Wealth Managements, Investments, MFI (Micro Finance Institutions) & Nidhi Companies, HFC (Housing Finance Companies), SFB (Small Finance banks) RRB (Regional Rural Banks) Institutional Clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and smooth service delivery.
· Upselling & Cross-selling of the insurance products based on client usage and business needs.
· Geographic Exposure: Deep knowledge of the assigned region's consumer behaviour, and media landscape (e.g., specific Tier 1, Tier 2, Urban & Rural cluster dynamics).
Competencies & Soft Skills:
· Consultative Selling Frameworks: Highly skilled in value-based selling, solution mapping, and multi-stakeholder decision-making units (DMUs).
· Negotiation & Influence: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, with a polished presence suitable for C-suite interactions.
· Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with specialized capability in drafting formal business proposals, executive summaries, and corporate presentations.
