Job Description

Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocation

Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions

Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs—both internal and external—across all organizational levels, utilizing diverse delivery methods and platforms

Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless program enrollment, tracking, and accessibility for all employees
-
Measure and analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics, feedback mechanisms, and performance indicators; recommend continuous improvements based on findings

Lead employee engagement and development initiatives that promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment and strengthen organizational culture

Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring quality delivery and cost-effectiveness

Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies; implement innovative solutions to enhance program delivery and support organizational change initiatives

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on training outcomes and strategic recommendations
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity

Demonstrated experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing customized learning solutions

Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and public speaking skills

Strong budget management and financial planning experience

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members

Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives
-
Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels with flexibility and resilience in adapting to evolving business needs
